RETURN and Cancellation

Return and Cancellation Policy Updated 2025

Digital Images:

Due to the unique nature of digital photography, all digital image sales are final. Once delivered, there are no returns or refunds on digital images.

Retainer Fee:

Your retainer fee secures your session date and is non-refundable. However, it is applied toward the total cost of your session.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 5 days in advance. In most cases, your retainer may be credited toward a future session. Please note that some session types have more flexible rescheduling terms as outlined in your specific contract.

Mini Sessions:

Mini sessions require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

Physical Media & Prints:

All physical media and print products are custom-made and cannot be returned or refunded. Each item undergoes a careful, hands-on inspection by me before delivery to ensure there are no defects or quality issues. If you believe your order has arrived with a defect or damage, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt so I can address your concerns.

Cancellations:

All cancellations are subject to the terms specified in your session contract. Please review your contract for details regarding cancellations and rescheduling.
